I was on the server earlier today and an idea came to mind. Here it is:
I think that people should not allowed to train recruits unless they are a "certified recruit trainer" or CRT. This status would be achieved by attending tryouts which would hosted by fleet members or commanders or experienced CRTs.
This would really benefit the server because there are so many CTs that don't know stuff they should have learnt in basic training. Adding this feature would make the quality of training much higher, and would thus result in better clones, making the server more enjoyable and popular.
CRTs would have CRT in their name so people know they are trainers.
